Javamania is an aspiration to develop everything on Java. JRuby is one of many exmples of Javamania. It’s a fulminating mix of Java and Ruby. Possibly JRuby can be useful for somebody and it has some features which are not present in Java or Ruby. But one question harasses me: why has nobody port Perl under Java. JPerl sounds nice 😉

The Phalanx is a project which has following main goals:

1. Strengthen CPAN’s tests, coverage and documentation.
2. Strengthen Perl’s tests and coverage.
3. Bring in newcomers to the Perl development process.

Java-Source.net accumulates Open Source projects which use Java(tm). Those projects can make your life much easier if you are Java developer.

I’ve discovered a quite interesing site about ad Advertka.ru. You can find there articles about ad, advertising reels and LJ ad community. I’d like to suggest a couple of funny reels: Evian – Waterboy, Honda Civic and parody on ad of new Polo.
