Last weekend I and Maria spent two days in cruise to Israel. First day we went to Bethlehem and Jerusalem. Our bus was the first tourist bus which went to Bethlehem during 4 years. It happened because Bethlehem is situated in Palestinian area and that area was closed for visitors.
It was amazing to see and touch and The Start of Bethlehem! The Star of Bethlehem which heralded about birth of Jesus is situated in the cave. The majestic and beautiful temple was built over the cave. This is a very old temple. There were two parts: one belongs to Orthodox and another – Armenian church. I’ve uploaded a couple of pictures. After that we went to Jerusalem …
Tim O’Reilly shows how sales of O’Reilly’s books indicate a popularity of computer technologies. For example, In terms of computer languages we can see following dinamic of sales in compare with the same period of last year:
- PHP: +16%
- C#: +2.5%
- C/C++: -4%
- Python: -9%
- Java: -10
- Javascript: -12%
- Perl: -14%
- Visual Basic: -23%
As we can see, popularity of Java books and Perl books went down. That fact does not indicate reduction of popularity of those programming languages. Java is growing very fast and very often books are irrelevant. It’s much better to read specifications which reflect changes of program product very fast.

Hi all funs of big screen movies! The coming weekend brings to us three new movies: a horror “Constantine”, a comedy “First Daughter” and a funny animation “Racing Stripes”.
“Constantine” is a story based on the comic book “Hellblazer” (again, another comic movie) with Keanu Reeves in the key role. It’s about a strange man who walking a thin line between evil and Good. Which side will he chose at the end?
The second movie is about adventuries of the first daughter of the U.S. President in the colledge, about love, about
The animation “Racing Stripes” is about funny racing zebra. You can watch it on Greek or English languages.
Well, and finally, I’d like to ask all who did’n watch “Meet the Fockers” because if that movie will play next week I’ll go to cinema
