The coming weekend won’t be able to make happy the fancy of movies. The theatres changed only they schedule and added only one new movie – “The Incredibles” – animation about adventures of a family of undercover superheroes. It can be interesting for kids and they parents as well.
On the other hand, you can still watch “Bridget Jones 2”, “Brides”, “Resident Evil: Apocalypse”, “Exorcist: The Beginning” and “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story”. Enjoy!
Coming weekend will cheer all cinema funs by appearance of two new movies: a comedy “Bridget Jones 2” and a horror “Exorcist: The Beginning”.
“Bridget Jones 2” is a sequel of “Bridget Jones’s Diary“. So, it will be interesting for all who like Renée Zellweger, living stories and SOAP operas.
Exorcist: The Beginning” is a sequel. That horror explains a prehistory (thanks Leonid) about a resistance between Regan MacNeil, Father Lancaster Merrin and the demon Pazuzu which started in the movie “The Exorcist” produced in 1973 (my God! That movie is my coeval 🙂 ).
Also, continue to watch “Shark Tale”, “Brides”, “Cellular” and wait for a new work of Oliver Stone “Alexander”!
The absolute leader of current cinema weekend is a new animation “Shark Tale”, produced by “DreamWorks Animation”.
“DreamWorks” is like a quality mark for movies. “Shark Tale” is no exception! This is an effervescent, funny story about a small but ambitious fish, shark-vegetarian, baneful influence of the glory and wealth and real fish love :).
I’d like to note on fine music tracks and excellent pictured characters. It’s easy to guess who records sound of each main personage.
Also, another two new movies have started in Limassol theaters.
First of them is a comedy “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story” about a dodge-ball battle for an old gym and a sport ascendancy.
Second one is a thriller “The Forgotten” about a mystical disappearances and universal conspiracy!
The latest movie of Oliver Stone – “Alexander” is going to start in the theatres at 24 November!
This is a story about Alexander, the King of Macedonia and one of the greatest military leaders in the history of warfare! Oliver Stone tried to show not only well-known facts of Alexander’s life. If a movie’s story is to be trusted, Alexander liked women (it’s not secret) and also he was not indifferent to men (Ooops, I didn’t know that).
So, I hope that movie won’t disappoint me and you!
Three movies have started on this week: a horror “Resident Evil: Apocalypse”, a drama “Brides” and a comedy “The Ladykillers”.
“Resident Evil: Apocalypse” is sequel of “Resident Evil”. It’s highly recommended for all devotees of Milla Jovovich, zombies, top secret military experiments and rescue of humanity. NOTICE! Eating anything during watching that movie can produce indigestion!
“Brides” is Greek melodrama about a fate of “mail-order bride” from Greece who is sailing to America to be wed to a Greek husband. I’d like to pay your attention that a producer of that movie is Martin Scorsese.

“Cellular” is a crime thriller about kidnapped woman, the malicious kidnappers, positive young man with mobile phone and others very interesing things. Resume: please charge your mobile phones in proper time 🙂
“The Village” is a thriller about small isolated village in Pennsylvania. Place-name Pennsylvania sounds like Transylvania and probably that fact can be the cause of strange way of life of its villagers.
“MORTADELO & FILEMON: THE BIG ADVENTURE” is a Spanish comedy about the Tyrant, super spys and rescue of the world!
Also, you can still watch “Collateral”, “AVP: Alien Vs. Predator” and “Raising Helen”. Enjoy!
What are new films coming in that weekend? One of them is ordinary block-buster Alien Vs. Predator (you could already see a bloody battle between Freddy and
Jason (Freddy Vs. Jason). It’s the last word in fashion in Hollywood to bring together personages from different movies in one). I find difficulty! Alien is strong, hardy, with acid instead blood. But Predator has perfect weapon, military equipment and good hunting experience! Who will be a winner??? Let’s go to cinema and find answer.
Second new movie is a comedy Raising Helen about young girl who dreams about a career at a top modeling agency but at once she finds herself responsible for her sister’s children: 15-year-old Audrey, 10-year-old Henry, and 5-year-old Sarah…

Two new movies have started on this weekend: a crime drama “Collateral” with Tom Cruise in role of a contract killer Vincent and a horror “House of the Dead”.
In my opinion, only “Collateral” deserves your attention. I didn’t like Tom Cruise. But after I had seen “Vanilla Sky” and “Interview with the Vampire” I have changed my opinion.
Also, you can still watch fire thriller “Man in Fire” (hightly recomend), drama “Open Water” and thriller “The Bourne Supremacy”.
