Sharp is going to release the compact Linux-powered PDA Zaurus SL-C3200. Inside Zaurus you can find:
- 416MHz Intel PXA270 CPU
- 64MB RAM
- 128MB ROM
- 3.7-inch LCD display
- 6GB hard drive
- CF/SD memory card slot
- USB port
- IRDA connectivity
The SL-C3200 measures 124 x 87 x 25mm and weighs 298g. It goes on sale March 17th at the price of $640 USD.
