Trac is wiki and issue tracking system in one. It’s developed on Python and supports PostgreSQL and MySQL.
The one of the most famous tracking system is RT and wiki – DokuWiki. I use both of them and I can say they are excellant production. Generally, it’s a good idea to combine them in one application. Hope Trac absorb the best features from both.
